Weight Customization

From ultra-light 9.5g water preforms to heavy-duty 52.7g CSD preforms, we can produce any weight within the standard range or develop new specifications.

Color Customization

Clear, blue tint, green, amber, or any custom color matched to your Pantone reference. All colorants are food-grade.

Material Customization

Virgin PET, rPET, PETG, PP, HDPE, or multi-layer barrier structures - we help you choose the right material for your application and market.

Mold Development

Our in-house mold design and manufacturing capability supports 1-cavity to 96-cavity preform molds, with lead time of 45-60 days.

We support common neck finish standards and can evaluate custom neck requirements based on cap fit, sealing, filling and application conditions.
